ICH HABE BEI KRAKEN EIN E-BIKE GEKAUFT AM 20.4. UND HABE PER BANKÜBERWEISUNG 3’641.– EURO ÜBERWIESEN. NUN IST MIR KLAR WARUM BISHER NICHTS GELIEFERT WURDE. die Seite sah seriös aus und der live chat funtionnierte mehrmals ohne Probleme. ich habe etliche fragen gestellt welche zu meiner zufriedenheit beantwotet wurden.

Bei mir das gleiche, ich habe ein Fahrrad auf atkraken.com bestellt und weder Geld (EUR 815,-) noch Fahrrad bekommen. Nach zwei Wochen bekam ich eine email, dass es irgendwelche Probleme gab, meine Bestellung storniert werden musste und ich das Geld zurück bekomme. Bisher leider kein Eingang auf meinem Konto.
Die Seite ist (war) wirklich gut gemacht, das fehlende Impressum hätte bei mir aber schon die Alarmglocke läuten lassen sollen.
Offensichtlich bin ich da schon etwas „Betriebsblind“ bei Onlineshops…. in Zukunft lieber wieder etwas genauer hinsehen.
Ich werde die Angelegenheit auch bei der Polizei melden und meine Bank informieren.

Als Antwort auf K.Besançon. Sie sollten auf jeden Fall Anzeige erstatten. Danach können Sie über Ihre Bank je nachdem wie lange die Zahlung zurück liegt eventuell versuchen, das Geld über die gegnerische Bank zurückzuholen. Allerdings stehen die Chancen, dass es klappt, sehr schlecht. Viele Grüße aus der Redaktion

ich habe am 29.04.2017 ein fahrrad bestellt und bekam auch eine ordernummer. nun ist die seite atkraken.com nicht mehr erreichbar.
das Fahrrad habe ich bis heute nicht erhalten, angeblich kommt es aus Amerika per schiff
ich werde auch versuchen das Geld wieder zurück zu bekommen

Hallo, ich bin opfer von atkraken.com… 1291€…vor cca 3 Wochen… so gute internetseite und live chat und Service, dass ich die firma nicht nachgeprüft habe…leider. ich habe die Sache zu Polizei angemeldet, Fidorbank hat hat schon negativ beantwortet für rückgeldüberweisung, ich werde noch Europäisches Verbraucherzentrum Deutschland kontaktieren. ich habe geld zu Fidorbank überwiesen auf firma Paiward Kraken und hier schulde ich auch die Bank, weilich denke, diese IBAN ist nicht von Paiward Kraken.
Ob Sie ein Idea haben, wie Geld zurückzubekommen, bitte auf mein e-mail… danke…grüsse aus Slowenien
